For the rate, the rooms were dated and sparse. I would expect much more for what was charged. I had to pay extra for a non smoking room. The shower curtain had mildew and I was only provided with half a roll of toilet paper. There are not many other options in the area but that does not excuse the very poor conditions at this place. Cut the rate in half or improve the rooms at the current rate. They also need to figure out how to run a front desk. The young woman who was running the check ins didn't know what she was doing and had to translate for the owner. It was very frustrating.

I prepaid for 3 weeks of rooms but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances the person I talked to stated that he could not refund what was already paid for but agreed to move the dates. I can not make those dates either but decided to contact my bank and cancel they are now refusing to answer my bank. When they are contacted they says 7 days to refund but its been way beyond 7 days. .. Good thing I had a back up plan.. Stuff happens with as popular as they are I thought they would provide the services sorry I had to cancel but there is nothing I can do about that but get the refund and try something else. after this I will not stay here. Ill give them 2 more days then filing a complain with the ftc consumer report

I booked a room here online during the evacuation of Florida due to Irma. Almost every room in Alabama was booked and this one, well off the interstate, was showing only a few rooms left. I reserved one, and received e-mail confirmation as proof. When I finally arrived at 4:00 a.m. I called the number that was posted for use after midnight. The man who answered said he didn't have any rooms and I told him I booked online. He said he was sorry but he could not help mqe. When i hung up I checked my e-mail again. I had recieved a notification 30 minutes earlier that said my reservation had been denied by the hotel. I slept in my car in the parking lot. I realize it was unusual circumstances and I think it was an honest mistake. But this is not ok. My best advice when booking online anywhere is to always call and confirm with a human.

I rate this place a 1 star, because soon as I step in my room it smell like pure smoke. The beds didn't meet my expectations, and therefore that being said their was no toilet paper, no towels, they didn't provide know air freshener had to get our on. And the water doesn't get hot, and the only thing, that I can possibly say, is look for another hotel, because I would not recommend dragon inn suits, poor service and I'm just saying it will not meet my expectations or yours.

Stayed here 05/2017. The people were friendly and service was wonderful.
